Peppermint Foot Soak
If you are like me - I like to treat my feet to a special treatment every once in awhile. Or when I have had a long day standing! This foot soak feels amazing on the feet. And a great chance to sit and just relax while your feet enjoy.
Add 10 drops of Young Living Peppermint Essential Oil to 1/3 cup Epsom Salt. Mix together. Put in 2 to 3 tbsp in a big bowl of warm to hot water. Put your feet in and enjoy!
PS - I love to put on a little bit of Lavender Hand & Body Lotion on my feet after this soak.
